Day Wireless Systems & Everest Infrastructure Partners Expand National Tower Presence with Strategic Swap of 47 Wireless Towers

Day Wireless Systems (DWS), a leading provider of wireless communications infrastructure and services and Everest Infrastructure Partners (“Everest”), a national wireless infrastructure acquisitions platform, proudly announce the strategic swap of a combined 47 premium wireless towers.

“The transaction encompasses sites in a broad spectrum of key growth markets across the United States ranging from urban areas to industrial hubs and includes mission-critical mountaintop towers,” said Bethany Davidson, Director of Tower Sites at DWS.

“The strategic swap enables both DWS and Everest to leverage their unique strengths and business models to provide rapid connectivity solutions and tower leasing opportunities,” said Brenton Atcheson, Vice President of Corporate Development for Everest.

The successful collaboration between DWS and Everest highlights the ability of tower companies to work together to deliver innovative solutions that will result in enhanced connectivity and drive operational efficiency across the industry.

This expansion increases the Day Wireless tower portfolio to over 230 tower site locations nationwide and strengthens DWS’ position as a trusted national provider of tower sites and co-location services as now one of the top 30 tower owners in the United States.

The transaction enables Everest to optimize its existing portfolio and add additional mission-critical site locations for future co-location opportunities.
